看过前人的提问，我觉得不满意，再问

我做的时候，看出来hopeing to pay off 。。。。and to profit应该是并列结构，但我觉得e中with 。。。结构不如using 好，我才选的c，让hoping与profiting并列

请教using和with。。。的用法在这里有什么逻辑，或语法结构上的不同？
