我的GMAT只有680，本科成绩top10％，现在研三学Management，如果有两位洋教授的推荐信，申请PH.D的希望大吗？（top50）

Generally, your GMAT is very low for top 50 Chinese applicants. But GMAT is not the only factor that adcom considers.
Did you get you undergrad degree from top Univ of China?
Have you published any paper in top journal of USA?
Is your undergrad major consistent with your PHD goal?
If all are no, then your chance to get in top 50 is very very slim, if not impossible.
What does top 10% mean? Top 10% is nothing in American's eyes, because Chinese always says so especially if his GPA is low.

我本科学的是工科，现在研究生上的是企业管理，想申请管理的Ph.d。我和其中一个老外合作了9个月。哥伦比亚的。没有文章发表，这样看来。我只能准备考国内的博士了。艾－

There are many specilizations in PHD in biz such as acct, finance, marketing, mis,OB, international business, etc.
Mangement means organizational behavior. Average GMAT score for PHD in OB is 20-30 points lower than that of PHD in biz
Nine months are enough. You should try to ask him/her to write a recommendation letter for you, but he/she must be an assistant professor, associate professor or professor at Columbia. The recommendation letter from lecturer or instructor is nothing.
It is not easy for you to get in top 100, but you still can try several top 100, especially if you get your undergrad/grad degree from top univ in China and your undergrad/grad major is consistent with your PHD goal. You can focus on 100-200, those PHD programs are still very good. I think they are better than most Doctoral programs in China.
Remember, GMAT is not the only factor that adcom considers!!!
