About the recommandation via on-line application

I have just found that many school require the applicants to sumbit their recommandation online.

the problem is that without my help, my teacher and other boss can hardly answer  in English  the recommandation questions which are desired by the application system, and let alone i need more than 15 letters. they definetly can not achive those letters. 

how do you deal with this problem? ^^^Or you would like to, as i do now, give the systems the email you apply yourselves? and then fill them by yourselves too? and whether the system could find that, through the same ip or somethind other IT-tech, and make that as cheating? 

print English recommendation letter and put translation besides, give it to your recommendators, explain how important this step is for your application and ask for help

also very often, online recommendation is used for graduate school not department, many departments need mail form directly sent to them.
