这是OG上的题目，不明白为什么the same as 之后为什么要加 for？？？

the same as前后要对等，根据题意也可以判断是两种成本的比较，可以视为as后面省略了the cost
前面的the cost 后面of是限定修饰成分，后面other types of power plants不要求一定接of，个人认为用了of反而会产生歧义
另外，这道题可以不用for作排除点就能得出答案
