我选了A。不明白C中的be signed是什么形式？A中的that includes 是修饰a merger agreement 吗？

另外，我手上有一套名为“最新题１３套”gwd，也有名为“１－３１套全套的gwd”，发现其中不太一样，比如我今天做的第二套，跟最新１３套的第２套题就不一样。这两套gwd到底是什么关系，有没有重合呢？谢谢。

if 条件句是虚拟语气，所以主句用be signed。

A中的that和要修饰的agreement距离甚远也许就是错误原因。

查了下薄冰语法，在与将来事实相反的虚拟条件句中，

条件从句的谓语可用were to+动词原形，主句用should +动词原形。

这里的until a merger agreement be signed by them with a provision for penalties if the deal were not to be concluded.
主句是不是省略了should?这种省略形式在语法书上没见过呀，可以这样用吗？

对呀，这里就是if条件句的谓语用了were not to +动词原型：if the deal were not to be concluded。主句谓语应该是省略should的be done结构。should一定要省略的。

此题为天山7套第14题，LZ可以翻看相关讨论。

但答案应该是A，因为C中them指代不清。

此外，看句意：如果deal未能执行（虚拟），但结果不是merger be signed，而是penalties。所以即使虚拟，也不应该用在be signed上。
