这题我选的A，答案给的是C，看过讨论的一个贴，很简单，也没说出个所以然。C的红字部分令人不爽（主要是句子结构和which指代），现在看A也有问题，本句的意思应该是 cod or haddock受法律限制捕捞的保护，而monkfish不受这个捕捞限制的保护，所以少了。A的as there are for cod and haddock,显然是有歧义的，搞不清as there are for cod and haddock是不是受法律保护。

如果选 C 的话，主要是单复数的问题，因为cod, haddock, monkfish 都是单数，所以要用 its

只能矮个子里面拔高个子了
