 Has the technology made the world a better place to live? I think it is a problem which people always bump into consideration, if I facing with this issue, I would probably give a negative answer. In the following discussion, I would like to reason and provide evidence to support my viewpoint.

 No issue is more important now than the one that technology causes a lot of pollution. With the development of industry, the air and the water are dirty. We breathe the polluted air every second and drink the dirty water every day, it is no good for our health. What’s more, The tempertuare is higher than before known as global warm. It has caused many tragedies, every year a lot of people died from the hot weather. The development of technology allows people to go the place where we can’t go before, such as the desert, the north and south poly. Where there are the activity of people, there are pollution. For example, the Tibet is very clean before, but when the railway to Tibet is finished , millions of travelers went there, with they ,is rabbish..

Another head and chief one is that the technology makes the earth a dangerous place to live. The amount of car in the street is large, it brings us not only dirty air and noise, but also so many incidents. Everyday, a lot of people went to the hospitals because of the car’s fast speed. The technology gives us some disastrous weapons, such as the nuclear bomb. It cause a lot of death in the war.

  The technology also has own merits, too. Thanks to the advanced medicine condition, today, we can eat more food and we live longer. Thanks to the telephone and internet, I can keep touch with my family and my friends. However, the disadvantages carries more than that of asvantages.
