about Toefl test/

just saw that some BS don't require Toefl test if the applicant is US citizen or permanent resident.

is it true?? any body has the same experience?? 

it's very important for me, if it's true, i can write my essays right away.

i know it's better to contact wwith school directly, but i just ask our CDers first.

As far as I know, if you have a degree from U.S universities, you don't need to take TOEFL for some schools.
