2点求助：(1)which means有没有错。
(2)That screens out中的that指带什么。如果说他是指带disparate effect语法上对单是意思上可能不如指带mechanisms好。但是纸袋后者显然s多余。

i think it should be A

First, we use the phrase" be disproportionate to " , not " be disproportionate with"
Second, In " that screens out " ,That means "disparate effect" so we should use the verb " screens"
