Interview or rejection from Columbia

I submitted the application for Columbia on 11 Oct. the application status was changed to "under evaluation" in the end of Oct according to Columbia website. However, no news or change since then.

So according to Columbia's practice, if the adcom has made any decision (interview or reject), they will change the staus immediately, is my understanding correct? or it is considered as reject if no interview invitation by now? anyone can advise, many thanks~~~~ :-)

btw, i am applying for R1.
