请问9月jj的一些题目

1.  “in attempting to "  or “in its attempt to ”
因为attempt 是名词，所以，我选“in its attempt to ”

2. 另外还有一道题考平行结构，时间壮语是“for hundreds of years, when....(这个分句时态是过去时）”，然后紧跟四个动作，
A答案是每个动作都用现在完成时，并且都完整的将have标出，have done1, have done 2,have done3, and have done4.
E答案四个动作全是过去时，当时犹豫了很久，
问：从时间状语上考虑是应用完成时。我可能选择A。

4. (版本1) spend in doing or spend doing
(版本2) spend in or spend
我选择： spend doing。
因为： spend ...on..., so spend vt.

插入语的用法，如：主语，according to one estimate
问：这种插入对么？

5。 advocate in doing or advocate to
vrylwj’s remark: advocate 的确是vt.字典上说：
He advocates a reduction in military spending. or
he advocates reducing military spending.
那这里该怎么选择？

选择 1）因为没有：requires of s.b. that 的用法？对么？

27. this year, the attendants is more than an as many people ….as ….

选择前者，但是不明白。

28. 1)the revolution helps make it possible to realize dreams of …
   2)the revolution helps to make it possible to realize dreams of …
选择2），还是加上to 比较好么？

40. scientists hope will enable them to do 和 scientists are hoping to enable them doing的区别，让我很晕，那个hope will始终让我搞不懂，但是后面那个也觉得别扭，好象当时一气之下选了前者，没有把握。
是不是"scientists' hope will enable them to do"呀?
不知道怎么选择。

Choices include: nor, nor are they, nor are likely have ….
主语 do not have , (or are likely to have )….(my key)
主语 do not have, (nor are they likely to have) …. (这个不对,因为未划线部分有个them与这个they指代不同!!)
my key的选项，nor 会比较好点。or 好像语法上也可以的么？

42. another problem I just remember \\" with the opening of xx\\",
有这种 with the opening of的用法么？

. SC 有的题很tricky, 有一道题需要区分an item 和 one item,
怎么区分么？
