一道语法题（白勇语法）

答案为e.疑惑的是为何did在the wage前呢？这样的话就是倒装句了吗？？？我的理解是把did放在the wages of other salaried worker 后面，这样did就代替前面的动词increase。但是白勇的解释是did the wage，did 代替前面的动词 increase.能不能帮我解释一下为何呢

did 不是代替increase (这里increase is a noun), 而是代替verb ( had), 总监有收入，员工有薪水

不过其实这道题不用考虑这个问题，单从平行的问题考虑就只有一个e是对的

在e当中是increased 不应该是名词吧，而且had是原题中的动词。
