c选项为什么不对？

是不是during the 1980's 应该是包括left 和add两个动作，而c选项中during the 1980's只包括left呢？？

我覺得答案是E.   若沒錯的話, 這題只能從D,E下手, 因為adding是前句的伴隨動作, 不能用and連接兩句,只能選adding.

C除了there be不好之外,  "approximately $50 billion in private investment capital that left Mexico" 這樣的描述也不好, wordy and unidiomatic, 還不如直接改成"approximately $50 billion in private investment capital left Mexico"  較簡潔

我觉得d， It is estimated that 更加符合习惯这样不显得头重脚轻，这点台湾的莫老师好像讲过。

我想确认一下，是不是it is estimated + that从句结构中，it是形式主语，that从句才是真正的主语？

意思就是“that后面这个情况被估计到”，对吗？
