[讨论]倒装语序到底awkward么?举四个例子讨论(终于发贴成功,麻烦大家指点阿)

11thOG解释中,一会说倒装好,一会又说不好,到底什么时候该倒呢?

先举两个被称为inverted order is awkward的例子:

例子1og 57

Affording strategic proximity to the Strait of Gibraltar, Morocco was also of interest to the French throughout the first half of the twentieth century because they assumed that if they did not hold it, their grip on algeria was always insecure.

    答案b:未倒装

选项e: never would their grip on Algeria be secure if they did not hold it.

e的解释为:the inverted word order is awkward and confusing;以及it 指代不明确

例子2og 131

Cajuns speak a dialect brought to southern Louisiana by the 4,000 Acadians who migrated there in 1755; their language is basically seventeenth-century French to which has been added English, Spanish, and Italian words.

    答案c:未倒装

    选项a:即原文

a的解释:the inverted word order in the original sentence is awkward;以及谓语单复数错误

再举两个鼓励倒装的例子:

例子1og 116

Out of America's fascination with all things antique have grown a market for bygone styles of furniture and fixtures that are bringing back the chaise lounge, the overstuffed sofa, and the claw-footed bathtub.

    答案b:保留了倒装,更正了谓语单复错误

例子2prep 59

On Earth, among the surest indications of sunspot cycles are believed to be the rate that trees grow, as seen in the rings visible in the cross sections of their trunks.

Out of America's fascination with all things antique have grown
a market for bygone styles of furniture and fixtures that are bringing
back the chaise lounge, the overstuffed sofa, and the claw-footed bathtub.

这是一个典型的主语+长的定语从句+短谓语 的句子,为了防止句子头重脚轻,所以倒装。

Cajuns speak a dialect brought to southern Louisiana by the 4,000 Acadians who migrated there in 1755; their language is basically seventeenth-century French to which has been added English, Spanish, and Italian words.

这个句子的原始意思是English, Spanish, and Italian words.被加入到French里形成their language 。从句中用主动语态表达清楚,没有歧义。为什么变成被动语态呢?
