A：assessing 对question，逻辑修饰不符合

B：和E一样，冒出来个they

C：assessing the problems that rural migrant workers face 修饰错误，造成歧异，that后一堆都修饰problems，或者到face为止喜事problems。2.faced by，这里用that不好。

介词+名词就没有必要了
