why E？ part of 是固定用法么？ 后面的从句形式是否比 to make 差了一些呢？

I think "a deal to make ..." 表示目的

"a deal that will make ..." 进一步解释这个deal

like: 10 GMAT score that will make your total 700 is different from "10 point to make your total 700"

仔细看句意，

该公司收购division如句中所说，只是整个deal的一部分。

而整个deal才能make it the largest manufacture in the office color-printing market

所以，显然用that从句修饰a deal 比用不定式好！

同意楼上的.看了句子感觉到B和D似乎语感上比E强，但BD有逻辑意思上的问题

B：逗号之后同位语，即a part of a deal 、、、及后面一串是修饰million的，显然不对

D：感觉是deal在发出不定式的动作，至少是有这方面的歧义，而且我记得不定式的发出者通常是人。

in conclusion，E is better

现在的GMAT越来越tricky，轻轻的一扫，很难比较出答案

更多的是在选项中选一个相对较好的。

这里E比D好

will 比 不定式 表将来更加的明确

这类题我们只能接受并不断的熟悉。

看来只能将不太明确的细微处生吞了！
