第一次遇到是 grew/had grown (at) the 4 times (that of)

机经里提到的，times 前有the，不知道对上面的讨论是否有影响？个人感觉如若有the的话，应该D。

这是因为pay的用法决定的,应该说pay something而你不能在pay和something中间加入一个介词

但是grow要表示增长的速率的话就必须要grow at....rate~~
