小弟工作多年语法生疏了，感觉A中的much应该用many，所以一下就排除了A，请各位NN指教。

是不是说这里是However much引导的从句而不是单纯的However.

我刚查了查，However much连起来竟然是"无论多少(表程度)"的意思，是不是和No matter how意思一样，我以前从来没见过（才疏学浅）。

我原来的理解是这里However = Although, 然后用many修饰voters，看来是大错了。
