为什么答案是A不是B? the financial information 和 be complete ，follow不需要主谓一致么？查字典也没有具体说。求解。谢谢各位大牛。

require that....后面要求用虚拟语气，用动词原形be, not is
另外，it 不能指代不可数名词information
