为什么A 不对呢？

BE ABLE TO 难道和 CAN 有区别吗？区别在哪里呢？谢谢阿

be able to 和 can是有一些细微的区别的，不过就本题而言，选Ｄ而不选Ａ的原因我个人认为不是在这两个词的这个细微差别上．而在于Ａ的时态有问题．
