(B) were able to be programmed to think as people

(C) can be programmed to think as people can

(D) could be programmed to think like peopleD

(E) are capable of being programmed to think like people do

为什么A 不对呢?

BE ABLE TO 难道和 CAN 有区别吗?区别在哪里呢?谢谢阿

be able to 和 can是有一些细微的区别的,不过就本题而言,选D而不选A的原因我个人认为不是在这两个词的这个细微差别上.而在于A的时态有问题.

应该用could表示“将来的尚未实现的可能”
