偶选的E，但是似乎是根据interval between 的用法，但是A又为什么不可以呢？

1 E. during the interval 和 as it passes close to earth 两个表示时间的壮语连用也不加连词，错。 而且也改变了句意。

2. between 是介词，后面优选名词。between its passes(n.)
