划线部分和非划线部分的代词指代的不一致

先举两个例子：

In an effort to reduce their inventories, Italian vintners have cut prices; their wines have been priced to sell, and they do.

这句话中，非划线部分的their inventories和their wines的their指的是Italian vintners，但是划线部分的they do中的they指的是wines。指代不一。

OG73

According to a recent poll, owning and living in a freestanding house on its own land is still a goal of a majority of young adults, as it was of earlier generations.

非划线部分的on its own land 中的its指的是house's,而划线部分的it指的是the goal.指代不一。

我的问题是碰到实战时，这点应该怎么解决，这样取舍答案？
