我覺得是邏輯問題。

中文說：兩個人打架，雙方都想置對方於死地。

英文說：兩個人打架，A想置B於死地，B想置A於死地。

所以在英文邏輯上來說，both are intent on creating是不合理的，因為沒有對象啊！
