(man) So, you and Julia are no longer roommates. I'm not surprised. You two never did things very compatible.

(woman) Yeah, well... It's not that we didn't get along... We just didn't have much in common.

A, B肯定是不对的. 可是C,D好象分不清楚

到底是她说了不了解JULIE还是她不怎么真的喜欢和JULIE相处....

我的观点是选（D），两位舍友都离了，这是基本事实～

W说的话（滑下划线的部分），前半句比较委婉，后半句来个转折～

若是she does not know Julie very much 她怎么能说didn't have much in commom～

就像张洪量和莫文尉的《广岛之恋》里唱的那样～“就算了解而分离，不愿爱得没有答案和结局”～

能把题目发散成这样的，也就是逵逵了～

我不是很确定，我经常能把错误的答案演绎的出神入化～然后，很糗～

其实听力中有不少类似的，我的看法是：在TOEFL中遇到难题时尽量往简单处想，不能钻牛角尖。欢迎指正！

we didn't have much in common是指两人性格不和的意思。

很显然是那个女生和她的室友相处不融洽，前面那半句是委婉的说法而已

M：那么你和J不再是室友了。（对这一点）我不吃惊，你俩的行事永不和谐。

W：是的，...这不是（did things very compatible）我们相处不融洽的（原因)...我们仅是没有很多的共同处。

考点：It's not that we didn't get along.中的that指代的是did things very compatible，即否认了W之言，两人间不和谐did not really enjoy living with each other ，同时表明另有原因，可排除D。We just didn't have much in common隐含互相了解不深，在生活、学习、工作、理念或其它中没有共同的地方。故选C.she does not know J very well。
