In the phrase "A of B",A is the headword.

But concerned problem OG193,we find that it is not the case.

"most parts of Sri Lanka’s"  works as a whole modifier on " rains",so the word "rains" is the headword.

改成:

unlike those of us, where....., most rains in LS....

OG:"C also suffers from the unintelligible most parts of Sri Lanka's rains"这里说“most...”
