UCLA-can i apply first and take GMAT afterwards

The above is the UCLA Deadline list.

If i apply in R1, could i take GMAT in 28 Oct and send the score to them after the test?

Please advise.

I would like to ask if there are other schools also allow candidate to take GMAT after the deadline?

Yes, you can. And also send an email to the admission office to confirm the answer. They are responsive.
