[求助]请大家帮忙看看我的资历什么时候申请合适？

国内211工程学校本科毕业，在校成绩中等

毕业后进入一家通信企业，被派驻海外工作，目前有近2年的工作经验，从Project Engineer开始做起，到Project Assistant 直到现在的Project Manager。

我一年才能回国一次，目前无法安排考G、考T。打算明年下半年回国工作（那时有3年的海外工作经验），一边工作一边准备G、T。

但是回国后怕找不到管理类的工作，而且刚跳到一个新公司就开始申请的话，面试官会不会觉得我对个人职业发展没有计划性，对申请不利？

还望各位前辈多多指教！感激涕零～

Three years working experience is a good starting point. Whether you can make it or not, it depends on what is your goal.

I am pretty sure you can make it to mid level school in US with a reasonable G, T score. However, the top schools could be tough. The project manager by US defination does not carry a lot of weight. It could be totally different in your company. if that is the case, you need to explain it.
