B中这个cause指什么，比较模糊，我觉得不好；另一个两个被and连接的东西结构相差太多

C按照句意emerged应该是分词形式，所以C没有动词
DE的there指代不对（有没有能更明确的解释一下，我的印象里，there很少是考点，除非五个选项都有，否则对的可能性小）

emerged 后面接of 吗？还是 a reasonably clear picture of the patterns and causes of ocean currents 的部分被后置了？
