(C) importance of communication being a two-way process will be the emphasis
(D) fact will be emphasized that communication is a two-way process and of importance
(E) emphasis will be that communication being a two-way process is important
答案B. A和B有点分辨不开, 为什么B的表达比A好呢?

从意思上看：
importance that communication is a two-way process 的意思是communication是一种two-way process 的重要性将被强调。
importance of communication as a two-way process will be emphasized意思是communication作为是一种two-way process 的重要性将被强调。
而且感觉B意思清晰且简洁。

importance做名词的用法：
importance to sb/sth.
importance of sth
没有在牛津高阶英汉双解词典中看到importance that 的用法。但是不能肯定一定没有加that 的用法。
请大家指正！

补充一点，importance that 的用法不知道有没有，但是下面的我确定：

A选项中主语是importance，从句that communication is a two-way process 修饰importance，两者没有逻辑关系
