1多数情况下公司是不应该因为behavior outside the workplace来解雇员工。而且公司也无权过问员工的私事的。
2但是如果员工有违法行为即使是outside the workplace也要解雇他或她
3此外如果员工的行为违反道德标准以至影响公司的形象和声誉，公司也有权将其解雇
不知道米国是不是可以因为我的2，3点那样解雇人的？会不会被员工告啊？还请大家指教，提供观点和例子。

1.the company should not interfere with their employee's personal life affair outside the workplace.，not to say to fire them.

2.on the other hand , a good employee should be moral and with good ethic.An accepted employee should have a good balance on his or her daily workplace affair and personal affair

3.The standard to fire the employee depands on how serious the employee's bahavior affact the company,before making decision on fire, the company should make thourought review and balance toward the issue。
