我在A和C之间犹豫。A中than后面的are是不是多余？因为比较的是主语名词。C中将more than改成了as..as是不是改变了原意：原来是X比Y大四倍，那就是X是Y的五倍；C变成了X是Y的四倍。plan on是打算，计划的意思，没有问题。

我同意选A. C用as likely as ...人, 好象没有这么说的呀.

但是A选项中的be likely in doing这个句型是错误的啊

A表目的要用不定式，除非有固定搭配中必须用in doing。

(A) minority graduates are nearly four times more likely than are other graduates in planning to practice
are多余

那B错在哪呢? C中的nearly 和as likely as 意思重复.不对.
