查到 Rutgers 除了B_school, MS Quantitative Finance（Newark，NJ）外，还有Mathematics Department, MS Mathematical Finance(Piscataway, NJ)

从下面的资料来看，后者是2006年正式对外招生，目前只知道Rutgers的Mathematics在美国排名还靠20.

History of the Mathematical Finance Option

The Mathematical Finance option started informally in September 2003, with PhD students from mathematics and other departments within the university beginning to take courses now comprising the core mathematical finance curriculum. The first class of both Rutgers and non-Rutgers students will begin in September 2006. Current students taking courses in the program include PhD candidates in fields such as Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics, and Statistics.
