b项，其实从语感来说就不对了，一方面是限定词annually应该放在emitted前面。

好像也不可以。因为不是所有的情况都是可以省略的。我记得在高中的时候老师讲过。。

但那些可以省略哪些情况下不能省略，我记不得了。但从语感上讲b是不正确的。

B确实有问题，但D里面，pollution emited by....is twice that emitted by...,这个is twice 是什么用法？怎么也想不通。
