一道奇怪的题：求教！

这是新东方补充材料482题，答案给的是C。
怎么会有“is being...viewed”?is和being不冲突吗？我觉得应该是E对。

it is being viewed是现在进行时的被动语态。这题的关键是sh is the +est and therefore the most....的用法。E的being的用法在GMAT中很少用，而且therefore是副词，在E中修饰关系比较混乱，且elusive of ....也属于不简洁的表达方式。
