正确答案是B,我自己做的时候，排除的方法是这样的，B选项中的主语是一些受损的建筑，（some buildings that were destroyed）而干扰选项E 受损建筑中一些建筑（some of the buildings that were destroyed）,感觉E选项把句子的主语偷偷的换掉了，这两个好像范围不同，这样理解对吗？OG的解释是E  This structure indicates that construction of the buildings，rather than the earthquake，occurred last year.这也是一个错误，但是没有提到我自己说的那一点，不知道这样判断是否正确？

本人对时态的选择一向很困惑，所以看到这种有过去完成时也有现在完成时的题目特别小心，既然开头一句用了has found就表示是过去的一项study,而dictir’s choice又是在这之前，那么就满足“过去的过去用过去完成时”这个条件，应该选had。。。。以上是我的推理过程。。。但是答案还是用了have，我觉得解释对我来说很没有说服力。。。。所以请教高手。。。。
