申请MBA时没有这种要求的, 至少我申请和比较详细了解过的学校没有这种要求. 很奇怪, 绝大多数学校都用EMAIL确认了.
建议的解决方法:
1) 到找你们学校的留学生看看他们有没有美国邮票;
2) 到大一点的邮局看, 尤其是集邮的柜台看看, 有没有美国邮票或是国际邮政优惠券;

总之, 这个要求sucks
