B的意思到底是坚持开车，还是不开车呢？
I'd better 有表示“最好不做什么事情”的意思吗？
词典中有这么一个例子“We'd better not invite him.表示：我们最好不要邀请他。”.应该没有表示“不做什么”，否则就不用加not了。糊涂了，到底那一个意思是对的啊。

B的意思是他会开车。

I'd better 是肯定的意思，表示最好做。。。

加了否定词才有否定的意思。

可是选项是C，吃药以后不要开车。如果按照“I'd better 表示最好做。。。”，应该是鼓励吃药以后开车，答案C正好相反，答案应该是B吧。
