R1	September 5, 2018	December 11, 2018
R2	January 4, 2019	March 26, 2019

Please note that each "round" represents a distinct period in which you may apply, not a succession of steps for your application. You may apply in one round only, one time in an application year.

Class of 2021 applications received after September 5, 2018 will be considered in Round 2. Applications received after January 4, 2019 will not be considered.

HBS这种出世的题目其实是不需要解析的，它是在你理解了商学院的选人品味、完成了深刻的自我反思、理清楚人生迄今为止重要的经历和未尽的使命之后，某天得以灵光乍现写出来的。尽管deadline很早，这篇却完全不适合拿来练手。和你竞争的是一群同样极其聪明high performing的人，你需要做的是讲清楚what set you apart from others。想一想人生中比较重要的milestones，这些事情如何影响了你，塑造了你，对你有何启发，然后整理成一篇看完能让人明白、记住并被打动的文章。至于写作技巧，我想跟大家分享一个“SUCCESs” 的framework，来自于Chip Heath和Dan Heath关于营销创意的畅销书Made to Stick，实际上对于写其他学校的essay甚至准备整套package都非常有用：
