Tepper的behavioral questions感觉是问的最全的，为Tepper题目准备的例子基本都能应对其他学校的问题。

基本问题
1. Walk me through your resume/Tell me about your current role/What is your work week like/How did you come to work for your current company?
2. What's your short-term goal after MBA/Plan B – Goals/Long- term goal
3. Why MBA/Why now/Why our school

Behavioral Questions
团队问题——团队贡献
TMAT you helped your team or your company
TW you were a resource for the company
TMAT when you have to use your skills to help grow another colleague in the team
Tell me about a time others have come to you for help at work?
Some learning from an out-of-work experience that you used at work-place

团队问题——接受意见与妥协
TMAT when you had to compromise on a project.
Tell me a time when you had to listen to an opposite perspective and agree to it
TMA a feedback you got at work and how did you take it.
the most constructive feedback you got and how you handle it

团队问题——说服他人/困难决定
TMAT when your team was against you and you hand to convince them.
Unpopular decision? What would like to take back from that decision?
TMA a time when you had to convince your team to do something they didn't favor
Tell me a time when you had to make a difficult decision and had to take the team's buy-in
How do you convince the old school guys the importance of analytical abilities in making management decisions?
