A为什么错呢？OG解释里说因为A暗示发生在东美国的地震和西部的地震是同一个，所以错。我就不明白这样为什么不可以呢？我可以把A理解成：一个给定强度的地震在东部的破坏能力比在西部大。地震还是同一地震，只是它在不同的地方破坏能力不同。这样也能说的通啊。不明白了，请nn指点！

an earthquake 后面的of...是起限制作用的,限制an earthquake.

than后的it是指代被of限制了的那个an earthquake,

但是一个地震不可能同时发生在两个地方对吧,所以it的指代是错的

我们日常生活中也经常有这种假设啊

我觉得假设同一地震但发生地点不同的比较是可以的，但A更错在时态，我觉得应该用将来时，if +现在是, 将来时 ， 所以我会更倾向于B

但B有其他表达错误，我尝试改正B为：
