OG 问题求助

求助OG上的一道题，Including paintings , for example , in the sistine chapel , to sulpture , for example , the statue of david. 这个问题当中两个for example是有什么问题吗？我看答案说的是 for example that introduces them creates a chopply and awkward sentence since it must be surrounded by commas. 但是这个句子里面for example不是已经被comma surrounded了吗？是哪里错了呢？
