[面试经验] 【23 R1 已录】LBS MIM 面经分享

面试形式:校友面试,根据面试官可选择线上/线下
面试时长: 1-2 h
决定权:给出推荐/不推荐/强烈推荐的选项给 AO,   AO根据候选人整体profile 决定是否录取
面经:
  • Study
    • Why do you choose your university and this program?
    • If there is something you want to change about your undergraduate study, what is it and why, and what is your academic achievement so far
  • Internship
    • How do you manage to handle the internship and study ?
    • what's your most recent internship and what do you learn from it
    • How does your manager describe you ?
    • what is your professional strength and what is your weakness
  • Leadership
    • Tell me about a time when you have disagreement with your team member
    • Have you ever failed to covey your idea to your team member, how you deal with it ?
    • how will your colleague/team member describe you
    • Tell me about a failure, what will you do if you can go back ?
  • Career
    • Career goal
    • What specific step will you take to achieve your career goal ? what make you to stand out from your peers?
    • What do you think is the most important skills for you to thrive in your career ?
  • LBS
    • Why LBS ?
    • Contribution: what can your classmates learn from you.
    • What other activities your are interested in
    • why MIM not MFA
  • Biz
    • Do you think there will be a top winner in XX (market) in the future?
    • What other business story you are following recently?
