关于and并列句型的问题

正确答案D的并列结构让我感觉很迷，缩略地写一下这个正确答案的句型：among the reasons were A, B and C, and D.（ABCD都是名词）
我记得对于多重并列，要求的结构是A, B, C, and D were among the reasons.(倒装回正常的语序，ABCD都是名词)，如果要求更高一级别，我们平时写essay的要求是A, and B, and C, and D were among the reasons(为了避免歧义)

其他的一些情况：
对于SVO完整的句子来说,分隔开才会comma eg: SVO, and SVO
非完整的句子应该是：S1 and S2 VO
我陈述的内容都是根据记忆来的，希望有个人指正并且总结一下and的各种情况。感激不尽

这不就是三个名字的平行吗，A B C选项basing a marketing and distribution system这不是名词啊，这是动词曲折成名词也就是动名词显然不能和前面单纯的名词平行（也不是完全不能，但是不优）看看人家D E 选项直接system和前面的cost pressure平行，不是非常非常完美吗 DE中间再排一排还能不选D的啊？

我也是这个思路，可是觉得这个句子很奇怪呀。
among the reasons were A, B, and C and D
不应该是among the reasons were A, B, C and D 或者 among the reasons were A, and B, and C, and D 嘛？
原文and连接的并列结构总感觉很乱呀。

你看看你看看你这就是句子的语义层级理解的不对了。 a marketing and distribution system 这个短语里面 marketing and distribution是用来修饰system 而这个句子的句意是 Among the reasons …… were the high cost ……，the pressure……，and system. 这就是A, B and C的平行啊不存在你说的4个平行的问题

您误解我的意思了，并列的是四个的
among the reasons...were the high cost, the pressure, and the commercial development, and system.

我是因为这个才疑惑，四个并列的时候难道要
A, B, and C, and D 的嘛？

哎……孩子你的语义层次的错误和我之前误解你的那个意思的错误是一样的呀……
我在强调一次，这个句子的并列是： Among the reasons …… were the high cost ……，the pressure……，and system
the pressure of housing and commercial development 这个of之后的内容是对pressure的修饰，是下一个语义层次的内容，不是和pressure并列的，懂了吗
