2020年4月23日，收到HBS发来的信息，说哈佛大学已经同意将Management Science Plan作为MBA的一部分，换言之，在校的学生只要修够相关的学分，就可以拿到STEM，这意味国际学生有额外24个月的OPT时间，也意味着可以有额外两次工作签证的抽签机会，这对毕业后想留在美国的同学是天大的好消息！而且，这不仅是读现在在读的学生有影响，对部分的校友也适用哦。所以就迫不及待给大家分享一下。

并不是所有HBS的学生都能拿到STEM学位，必须满足下面的条件：

完成CORe Business Analytics或免修（这是一个预修的课程）
完成所有的必修课程
在特定的选修课程里面拿到9个学分，成绩必须在Category III或以上（基本相当于“及格”）

目前所谓的特定的选修课有以下这些：

Digital Innovation & Transformation (3 credits)

Managing Service Operations (3 credits)

Game Theory (1.5 credits)

Online Course Pilot Independent Project – Using Python for Research (1.5 credits)

Supply Chain Management (3 credits)

Investment Management (3 credits)

Private Equity Finance (3 credits)

Entrepreneurial Finance (3 credits)

Managing Human Capital (3 credits)

Real Property (3 credits)

Venture Capital & Private Equity (3 credits)

Business Analysis & Valuation (3 credits)

CS50 for MBAs: Computer Science for Managers (1.5 credits)

People Analytics (3 credits)

Investment Strategies (3 credits)

Creating Value Through Corporate Restructuring (3 credits)

Field Course: Projects in investing (3 credits)

Real Estate Private Equity (3 credits)

这个课程表每年都会变，一些cross-registration的课程也可以算。整体看来就是带有数理分析比较多的课程。
