为什么“——using...——”被认为是修饰 campaign？插入语也可以是状语从句，修饰主句动词organize不是么？

請問樓主為什麼認為using是修飾campaign?

我認為應該是修飾動詞organize，所以using的邏輯主語是The organic food industry。
如果要修飾campaign的話using應該是要非限定吧??

我参考的是Ron的解释（https://www.manhattanprep.com/gmat/forums/the-organic-food-industry-t6929.html），

我个人也同意你的观点，所以才会想不通。从句意上说，并不是通过web sites等来organize campaign（即并不是orginize的途径），而是canpaign本身的形式，有网页宣传，集会，分发邮件等。

我沒有看到RON有說using是修飾campaign，但其中有一項RON再討論C選項by using 跟 in using。
by using，「表達採行手段達成目的時, using是先發生」。而In using是表達，「某某"事實"，在某某方面實踐。」
所以Ron的意思是using表達延伸說明是為後發生的概念。

其實你可以能想得太過於複雜。
A插入句過後使用that have一定錯誤，因為that指代a successful grassroots campaign。
C in convincing，邏輯主語是the organic food industry錯誤，應該是campaign
D. as well as VS and 基本上要選and，除非 A and B as well as C (AB詞性同類+C詞性不同類)
E. which 指代campaign錯誤。
