刚录完video essay，比想象中轻松！考了三道general的题，其中有一道和之前的题库稍有出入，我补充一下：

The most difficult problem you have confront and you are unable to solve it, what makes it so difficult, and what is the outcome?

区别是题干中其实明确说了这件事是你没能解决的；而且并没有问outcome。我之前准备的时候把重点放在了why difficult和outcome上，所以看到的时候愣一了下，回答的时候freestyle了2句

另2题是：
Would you like to work with like-minded people or different-minded people, why?
what approach to leadership did you take？
