答案是A 我觉得E也么有错啊
as+adj+a+n。。。后面没有as 这样的结构可以吗

这是一个平行问题，although government policy (noun) and the industrial sector (noun)..., [ ]三个可以影响公司的performance 的名词，所以e 不对
