1, times是复数，用which引导不妥
2, that+ and perpetuated 不平行

1 主谓一致排除AB，determined和 differed 平行排除CD
2 B里面的that 多余，而且从句缺少谓语动词，应该加上are。但是即使加上are了也不如D简洁。
