D项 littering of orbit 改变了原本的句意，原句意是：orbit 附近出现了很多的垃圾，而不是出现了很多orbit的垃圾，littering在这里是动名词，就当litter 的名词形式

所以我觉得A比较对！可以解答一下吗？

D选项，there没有指代前置词，如果作为有的话没有orbits near 这样简洁。of我感觉没有办法make sense，littering 语义对于前面是adv修饰才对，但是后面承接of ，又应该是做n修饰，这个littering修饰有问题…SC渣渣个人见解……

指代前置词是啥？there be句型不是倒装句吗，后面接名词，这里的there be句型我感觉没有错？

littering应该是个动名词诶我觉得
