这里我想问下C和E
E中的concluded是省略了have，还是就是用了过去式，
C中从句的动词为什么是一般现在时harbors，和E的is harboring怎么判断选择
three times more water as was 改成 three times more water than 可以吗

1.E选项中的 concluded可以和found平行也可以和changed平行，所以这个点会造成歧义。
2.而C选项harbors是因为这是个客观事实，所以用一般现在时，用is harboring现在进行是是错误的还因为整个句子的时态都是过去
3.xxx times more than比xxxx timesas ...as多出一倍 ,改变原意
